CivicBrand Opens New Office in Downtown Salida, Colorado

CivicBrand is proud to announce the opening of its new office in the historic Sherman Hotel building in downtown Salida, Colorado.

After being fully remote for the past six years, the new space provides a home for the company while its team remains fully distributed across the United States.

The Sherman Hotel building has been part of downtown Salida’s story for more than 130 years, continually adapting to new uses while remaining an important part of the community. As a company dedicated to helping places strengthen their identity while embracing change, it felt like the perfect place for our own next chapter.

Urbanist Jane Jacobs famously wrote, “New ideas must use old buildings.” That philosophy has long influenced CivicBrand’s work, and the opportunity to locate our office in one of Salida’s historic landmarks reflects our belief that great communities build on what already makes them special.

The office is located at 123 G Street in the heart of downtown Salida.
