BUILDING A LIBRARY OF PHOTOGRAPHY

From the old grain silos that now serve as restaurant seating to multiple murals and beautiful historic architecture, Old Town is full of character and charm.

Through photography we seek to capture the essence of Old Town and the people who make it what it is. We visit Old Town on a regular basis to capture events and tell new stories, and in doing so have built a library of content for use on a variety of platforms.

SOCIAL STRATEGY

The district had no social media channels when we started working with them. Today they have an award-winning social presence that has residents and business owners alike engaging, creating and sharing content.

The social feed features events in Old Town, including concerts, First Fridays, and yoga in the park, as well as contests like scavenger hunts and monthly giveaways. This has created a new buzz for the district and its businesses and has given residents a new sense of pride in Old Town.

AWARD WINNING SOCIAL STRATEGY

The 2019 Hermes Creative Awards named Old Town Lewisville a Platinum Winner for Best Social Media Strategy.

DISTRICT WEBSITE

We wanted visitors online to quickly and easily see what’s new in Old Town. We designed and developed a district website that features an interactive map and pulls in the district’s social media feed. With this simple site, visitors can quickly see what businesses are in the district, get a feel for what to expect, and plan their visit.

BILLBOARD ADVERTISING

We design and rotate out an ongoing series of creative across six billboards surrounding Old Town Lewisville. These feature seasonal campaigns, events and campaigns tied into social.

DIRECT MAIL PIECE

Through our engagement with visitors to Old Town, we regularly heard, “I had no idea this was down here.” Many long-term residents and those living nearby had no idea how much Old Town had changed over the years. To help increase awareness of the district, we designed and sent a targeted mailer out to those living and working in neighboring communities to encourage them to come see what’s new in Old Town.
