New DMO Brand for Montclair, NJ
Montclair had long been known for its vibrant arts scene, distinctive neighborhoods, and independent spirit, but it lacked a unified destination brand to tell the community’s full story. CivicBrand partnered with Montclair to create Experience Montclair, the community’s first destination brand, extending the narrative beyond downtown to celebrate the entire township. Rather than inventing a visitor experience, the brand is built around the people who already make Montclair special, placing local voices, businesses, and colorful community characters at the forefront through a distinctive identity, custom illustrations, and website. The result is a destination platform that proves the best way to attract visitors is by first celebrating the people who call Montclair home.
